TDS is paralegal-lead, mediation-driven

Zeina worked as a divorce clerk for 10 years before founding TDS in 2016. She’s a registered family mediator and an ORSC™ certified coach. When working as a court clerk, she interacted with many frustrated Albertans who were stuck in what she calls, the black hole of the traditional divorce – where they don’t know where they’re at, what’s next, or when their divorce will end.

Zeina is on a mission to help Albertans avoid the traditional divorce route- that which takes away their dignity and their dollars. Zeina’s often described as iron fist in a velvet glove, balancing strength with compassion as a leader and mediator.

Zeina hopes that people see her hijab as a symbol of acceptance and inclusivity. Expect her to hold space for you no matter your differences.
